Purposeful Growth Program

Too many kids are raised to believe their identity is tied to their athletic ability. When this doesn't lead to a professional contract, they can face an identity crisis that can last a lifetime. Since only about 0.05% of youth athletes will actually have a professional sports career, it is essential for them to know their true identity. This can be seen in young athletes, college athletes, and in professional athletes. There are so many training programs and coaches out there that solely focus on developing players skills on the field. But what about skills off the field? This is where Legacy Minded Athletes step in. Our goal is to engage, equip, and encourage athletes with the proper tools to help them find their true identity. We not only provide Skill Courses that teach players and coaches sport specific techniques, proper mechanics, tactical awareness, individual training plans, teams training sessions, agility, and more, but we have also identified 3 areas that we target in our off the field training, or as we like to call our Purposeful Growth Courses.

Character Development: Designed to share impactful teachings on character. Ex- integrity, sportsmanship, discipline…
Leadership Training: Peer to peer leadership tools will be made available to youth athletes by speaking to the importance of leading oneself as well as leading others.
Purposeful Identity: Designed to share that only an understanding of your true identity can result in living out God’s dream for you.

Each of the 3 areas contain 50 videos taught by experts on various subjects dealing with character, leadership & purposeful identy. Each video is accompanied by discussion questions and other tools to help drive home the teaching,.

PROGRAM COSTS:

The Core Curriculum was produced by Not Just An Average Joe, LLC who have issued a license to Legacy Minded Athletes so that they can provide the program FREE OF CHARGE to qualified organizations that successfully complete a grant application process. The curriculum, which normally sells for $3,000, is one of a kind, and promises a quality “education” for those who use it to its potential. Since the LMA Grant has a high approval rate there is no reason to not apply today!
